FILTER PRESSES - FILTER CLOTHS - FILTER BELTS . Micronics was incorporated in the United States in 1983 to manufacture and supply technical filter media for liquid/solid separation. Filter press plate design and distribution was added to the product range in 1984.
. Micronics Filtration Ltd commenced trading in the UK during 1994 based at our existing Stoke-on-Trent plant. To date we have seen significant growth initially with press cloths later adding belts, dry filtration & vacuum media products. Micronics Filtration Ltd is now one of the largest suppliers within the UK. . Micronics group have built a worldwide framework of distributors, agents, sales offices throughout the globe & are now exporting fabrics & presses within Europe, South Americas & Asia.

Capital equipment supply for Micronics was added in 1991 to design and manufacture filter press machinery and operates manufacturing facilities in the United States (serving North & South America) and the United Kingdom (serving Europe& Asia). We provide expertise in the design, manufacture and application of the following products
Filter Cloth, Filter Belts, Drum Cloth, Filter Press Plates, Filter Presses, Product Application, Process systems.
. Due to significant growth with our Filter Press products we entered the field of used & refurbishment of existing equipment either at our works or at clients sites. Automation & introduction of membrane plate technology has added a great deal of value to many of our clients.
. Our services or aftermarket departments which are based at all of our locations will be pleased to support any clients specific requirements but generally focus on :
Replacement Parts, Filter cloth fitting service, Modification & Refurbishment of existing presses. Process optimization, Maintenance & Emergency Call services.
. Our objective is to maintain prominence in the field of pressure filtration by continuing to develop innovative technical products and providing unparalleled service to our valued customers. We intend to lead our specific niche business by analyzing trends and developments from our manufacturing facilities in Europe and North America through our worldwide customer service network. Micronics is a UK based company, both designing and manufacturing in the UK, with company support from Micronics Inc in the USA.
. We can guarantee a response, in the UK, within 24 hours of a reported problem. We employ qualified service engineers for both site service work, breakdowns and works based engineering.
. Critical operating spares can be stocked in the UK. Bonded stock can be offered, on a 24 hour call off basis.
. As a filter press manufacturer who manufacture filter cloths (the press consumable), we are keen to cultivate long term relationships with our clients, rather than single sale profit out of a capital scheme.
. The “one stop shop” facility, offered by Micronics, also makes us the primary knowledge base for pressure filtration.
